A Freebie Callisto Protocol, $330 Off the Now PC-friendly PS VR2, Super Cheap Tears of the Kingdom, and More!

It's mighty happy days if you've been a patient gamer waiting to buy into VR. Ever since PlayStation announced its PC adapter for the thoroughly excellent PlayStation VR2, I've been waiting for a price drop to start the sales rush landslide. I've seen that occur overseas, and now the savings are finally here. If you're flush with cash, grab one. If you're just up for a freebie, score Callisto Protocol on PC. Everybody wins today, my friend.

In retro news, I’m celebrating the 32nd birthday of the Super Scope, a beloved SNES peripheral. A mate of mine who lived over the road bought one of these beauties, possibly because he was taken by the bazooka design—a major firearm escalation over his NES pistol. I mooched many a happy hour on his imported copy of Battle Clash, but at the cost of 6 AA batteries (!!!) every four hours of play, because ‘90s wireless technology was neat but also ruuubbish.
