Save $620 on a LEGO Games Bundle, 50% Off GT7, MK1, and Diablo IV!

Welcome back to the deals pile. Nothing but the finest wares actually worth owning, going for way less than RRP. Bit of a thin week for new releases, so I'm digging up the past + discounts. That said, I'd zero in on the seriously reduced Don't Starve Together, Dead Cells, GTA Definitive, and Borderlands 3. Hundreds of hours of fun for not much monies at all!

In retro news, I'm celebrating the 30th birthday of Earthworm Jim, a run 'n' gun platformer that's as iconic as it was bizarre. I can vividly recall being blown away by its slick character animations, as they were on par with the high [Agra]ba[h]r set by Disney's Aladdin from the year previous. Better yet, EJ oozed a unique weirdness that provided left field shifts in level-to-level gameplay and whip-worm-smart satire of tired gaming tropes. It was a crying shame when a half-arsed attempt to 3D-ify this franchise put Jim in the dirt for good.
